About the Author

Arbitrator and member of the Brussel and Paris Bars, he holds his Bachelor degree from Liege University, the LL.M. from the Tulane Law School and the PhD from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis. He has 35 years of experience in the sectors of Energy and Infrastructure. Guy Block assisted multiple times national and international organization, development banks, governments, public and private companies.
