Synopsis
Develop the art of counter-manipulation to free oneself from the grip of manipulators. How do you react if someone devalues you, discredits you, makes you feel guilty, blackmailed or threatened you? Are you taken aback? Aggressive? Are you running away? Do you tend to justify yourself? In this case, do you feel bad? Disarmed and helpless? Or rather filled with anger? Anyway, few are those who do not feel anything in front of this type of attack, but to have repartee is not an easy and natural thing for all. However, that can be learned. The object of this box is to propose possible answers to counter manipulative people (otherwise called "perverse narcissists"). The box contains 52 cards, divided into 4 areas with 4 different colors to better identify them: the manipulator in general, in the couple, at work and as a parent. On the front of each card is a typical manipulator phrase. On the back, 2 suggestions for counter-manipulation responses for each. These cards are tools to practice remaining neutral or in control in front of the reflections of the manipulators, because it is a question of not entering into their unhealthy, even perverse game. With a little practice, anyone can do this!
