About the Author

Muriel Figuié est sociologue et directrice de recherche au Cirad (MoISA). Ses recherches portent sur les risques sanitaires liés à l'animal dans l'élevage et l'alimentation, et sur la santé globale, en lien avec les enjeux de développement dans les pays sous régime d'aide.
