Bernard Hours, anthropologue (Institut de Recherche pour le Développement, IRD) a mené, au-delà de ses travaux sur les relations entre le politique elle religieux (Laos, Vanuatu) et sur les systèmes de santé (Laos, Cameroun, Bangladesh, Vietnam), une réflexion d'anthropologie politique sur l'idéologie du développement, l'action humanitaire, la globalisation et les formes de domination et de dépendance qui s'installent sous nos yeux.
