PISCINE Privative à usage collectif - Registre & Plan de sécuritéConforme à l’arrêté du 14 septembre 2004 portant prescription de mesures techniques et de sécurité dans les piscines privatives à usage collectif.Extrait du décret : le présent arrêté détermine les dispositions relatives à la sécurité des piscines privatives à usage collectif dont le bassin est enterré ou partiellement enterré qui ne relèvent pas des dispositions de la loi du 24 mai 1951 assurant la sécurité dans les établissements de natation.Sont exclues du champ d'application de cet arrêté les piscines d'habitation(s) ou d'ensemble d'habitations.Ce registre obligatoire comprend :- L'identification de l’établissement,- La vérifications périodiques avant la mise ou remise en service de la piscine,- Le plan de sécurité,- L'extrait du règlement intérieur de l'établissement- Les numéros d'appel des services de secours,- Les services de formation aux premiers secours les plus proches,- La personne responsable des vérifications périodiques indispensables au bon fonctionnement des installations,- Le registre où la personne responsable des vérifications périodiques consignera journellement, pendant la période d'ouverture de la piscine, les accidents ou incidents survenus,- La documentation technique.Editions Uttscheid le spécialiste des registres obligatoires par métier
