Mais cette Proie doit pourtant beaucoup aux années folles, à leur énergie tragique, à leurs espoirs brisés. C'est cette course éperdue vers le gouffre qui en fait la modernité.

About the Author
On redécouvre avec plaisir l'oeuvre d'Irène Némirovsky depuis la publication posthume de Suite française en 2004. Romancière très en vue du Paris des années 1930, Irène Némirovsky, née à Kiev en 1903, est arrêtée le 13 juillet 1942 par la police française. Elle meurt à Auschwitz.
