Synopsis
Notre pays, lieu de passage et de migrations humaines, est né de la rencontre et du mélange de trois peuples : les Gaulois, les Romains et les Germains. Cette histoire commence avec Alésia. En 52 avant Jésus-Christ, la Gaule vient d'être conquise par Jules César. Mais un jeune chef gaulois refuse l'autorité de Rome et soulève certaines tribus contre les légions romaines : il s'appelle Vercingétorix. Commence alors une longue poursuite. La fortune des armes change plusieurs fois de camp avant que César finisse par acculer Vercingétorix dans la forteresse d'Alésia. Un long siège commence ...
