Synopsis
C'est d'abord une histoire de regards. Le regard de Martine sur les choses de la vie. Le regard de Philippe sur les images de Martine. C'est sans doute aussi une histoire d'amour - cela ne nous concerne pas. Ce qui est sûr, c'est que c'est aussi une histoire d'amitié. Puis, avant d'être confiés au lecteur, les mots, les images, " les abandonner au temps ". Pendant " longtemps, rien ne semble changer ". " On ne sait pas ce qu'on attend " : heureusement, " la courbe du temps " n'épouse pas " la courbe de la terre ". " Surtout ne rien précipiter. " Se taire parfois. Comme Philippe, devant cette petite fille, enturbannée de rouge, qui avance à contre-vent, à contre-peine, les yeux fixés là-bas ; vers cet ailleurs où, peut-être, " une aube se prépare ".

About the Authors
Philippe Delerm, né en 1950 à Auvers-sur-Oise, voue son écriture à la restitution d'instants fugitifs, à l'intensité des sensations d'enfance. Il est l’auteur de nombreux livres à succès, dont La Première Gorgée de bière, Je vais passer pour un vieux con ou Sundborn ou les Jours de lumière (prix des Libraires, 1997). Il est aussi professeur et vit avec sa femme, Martine Delerm, en Normandie.
Martine Delerm est née à Paris au pied de la butte. Dès l’âge de 4 ans, elle se lance dans le dessin. Sa spécialité : les faisans à carreaux. Elle est agrégée de lettres. Elle écrit et illustre des albums pour les enfants et mêle ses deux passions, l’enseignement et la création, dans un club-théâtre où écrit des pièces pour ses élèves.
Philippe Delerm, est l’auteur de La Première Gorgée de bière, et autres plaisirs minuscules et La Sieste assassinée.
Philippe & Martine Delerm sont professeurs et habitent en Normandie.
