About the Authors

Sarah Joseph is the mother of two, wife and mompreneur. She lives on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia where she runs an international parent/teacher education and consulting business. She has a Masters in Social Work, is a Positive Discipline Trainer and has been working with families and educators in a variety of settings since 2007; including counseling/consulting, support groups, and facilitating education workshops. She is also the author of the eBook Peaceful Parenting; 7 Strategies for Creating More Peace in Your Family, which you can download for free on her website. Rachel Griffiths is the wife to one and mother of two. She is a mental health warrior who is living and thriving with bipolar disorder. She works to create awareness and end the stigma that comes with living with a mental illness. While drawing is her first love, she also spends time running a women's empowerment program that teaches body positivity through the art of movement and dance.
