Synopsis
What is apologetics? How should Christians defend what they believe? If we begin by treating unbelief as neutral, we have already given away too much. Christian apologetics begins with God and His Word. It challenges the illusion of human autonomy and shows that only the Christian worldview can make sense of reason, morality, knowledge, and the world in which we live. Our task is not merely to answer objections, but to confront rival worldviews with the truth of Christ.

About the Author
STEVEN R. MARTINS is founding director of the Cántaro Institute, Worldview Campus, and founding pastor of Sevilla Chapel in St. Catharines, ON. He holds a Master's degree summa cum laude in Theological Studies with a focus on Christian apologetics from Veritas International University (Santa Ana, CA., USA) and a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from York University (Toronto, ON., Canada). Steven is married to Cindy and they live in Lincoln, Ontario, with their children.
