Synopsis
Seventy-two-year-old Tom Evans lucked out, and now he’s presented with the opportunity to revisit his past and beyond. Although old with grown sons, he’s ready to test his strength in a global adventure. The early journey takes him and a new friend to the Terracotta Army of China, where they make an amazing discovery. A discovery that, eventually, leads to an excavation into the past, when an empire is being formed and art is being explored. Their discovery later leads to issues with a major art institution. When it gets Tom’s friends into trouble, what were once his son’s secrets soon become essential to Tom’s plans. Tom’s journey takes him to China, Syria, and even into the deep jungles of his heart, where he must face the fears of falling in love again. With that love comes danger, and that danger, in turn, leads to murder.
