Synopsis

In the midst of her life of service to others, Pauline Sciaretta sat down one day compelled to write a poem given to her by the universe. It poses the greatest question humans face—Why Am I Here?—in its many forms. In response to her channeled poetry, Pauline wrote a Guide to Meditation to help you find your own answers to the many-faceted existence you live every day. She provides insight into how to prepare for meditation, and shares her own real-life example of healing through a simple daily practice. Her wish is for this practical, short inspirational book to guide you toward clarity and peace of mind in your relationships, career, and health.

About the Author

Pauline Sciaretta dedicated much of her life to meeting the needs of others, as exemplified in her careers as a professional assistant, real estate agent, hair stylist, and Reiki Master. The commitment evolved, starting in her teen years, through her numerous volunteer activities. Simply by listening to and observing people as they expressed their emotions during both joyful and sad times, Pauline shared in those experiences and assisted many people through difficult situations. Doing things in a simple, natural way has always been important to her. Her husband Bob grew organic vegetables, fruit, and herbs, which served as healthy fare for their family. When they became empty nesters, she decided to take classes in various natural healing techniques, including reiki, which is also known as therapeutic touch. She is a Reiki Master and has performed hundreds of reiki sessions. Pauline was born in Connecticut. She and Bob raised their daughter and son in Somers, Connecticut, and taught them to appreciate beauty in people and nature. The couple also had a direct, positive influence on other children, especially some of the neighbors, who became their godchildren. Family—of the utmost importance to Pauline—prompted them to move to Arizona following the birth of their first grandchild. Reach Pauline at PagesByPauline@gmail.com.
