The author, originally from Pakistan, has lived and worked in Saudi Arabia for over 20 years, where he gained enlightening exposition of Islam from the study circles of the Qur an. He holds a master s degree in history as well as in chemical technology from the University of Panjab, Lahore, Pakistan, and a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the City University, London, England. Hafeez lives in Liverpool, New York.
