About the Author

Lucy Phelan is an award winning licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams Elite, Realtors in Metuchen, NJ. Lucy wears many hats at her brokerage, including Technology Ambassador and Trainer. She is a proud member of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council and is the Chairperson of the Metro Centre Association of Realtors Technology Committee. Lucy has a real passion for helping people and has been called “the realtor who cares” by her clients. Lucy’s background is in the Information Technology field as a Windows Server Engineer, working for Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, Citigroup, Bank of America & Charles Schwab. She has leveraged her technology background and applies it in her own successful real estate business as well as assisting over 200 agents with technology related issues. Lucy also regularly teaches classes to her fellow agents. Richard Phelan is a Realtor® with Keller Williams Elite, Realtors and member of the Agent Leadership Council. He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential and spent many years as a technology project manager, working for such companies as AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Schering Plough, American Express, Mediaocean and BlackRock. A few years ago, he decided to take his experience with a systematic approach to managing and completing projects into the world of Real Estate. Rich is especially passionate about education and works closely with his clients to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge to make their Real Estate decisions.
