Karen E. Mueller, DVM, is a veterinarian, educator, and author with a lifelong interest in how dogs learn and communicate. Her experience with dogs spans early work in 4-H, obedience training, and the breed ring, along with hands-on involvement in agility, nose work, and service dog training.
