Synopsis

Dr. Kassman’s secret to delivering great customer service is, first and foremost, his quick wit and ability to make almost any situation funny! Besides that, and very importantly, he has the genuine ability to get down to the level of the younger patient but also to be an adult with the older patients. In other words, his personality is one where he is able to connect with his patients, not only at any age level but because of his level of compassion for people in general. The #1 reason that parents refer their friends and family to Dr. Kassman is, quite simply, the experience. A business’s relationship with its clients is about much more than reducing wait times or improving product ratings (although they are both important to Dr. Kassman). Understanding the client’s journey, to him, is about learning his client’s experience from the instant they start considering treatment, and then working to make the journey as easy, clear, and efficient as possible.
