The purpose of creating this book, Experiencing Healing through Scriptures, is to illuminate the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This book includes 87 contemporary mixed-media acrylic abstract artworks created by the author, Dr. Oghwa Ladner, and it contains over 200 Bible verses of New King James Version to assist in activating, renewing, and regenerating a mindset through the supernatural God’s Word.
Whether you are reading this book for pleasure or utilizing this book as a workbook in a group setting to learn more about His Word; through the lens of healing while thinking with a faithful and growth mindset, I hope you begin your reading session with a prayer. As you navigate each page, I would like to encourage you to ask our Heavenly Father to reveal His knowledge, wisdom, and revelations on what He would like you to see, hear, and believe through His Holy Spirit, not only through your five senses, but also through the heart that links to His Word.
Each abstract artwork has been created with a prayer. Often, as I added the finishing touches on a contemporary artwork, it is juxtapositioned with a set of scriptures, with a prayerful mindset. Although the interpretation of each abstract artwork may be very subjective for a viewer, I pray that you can be elevated, illuminated, and in-Spirited from the presentations of the Scriptures and artworks, to generate your own creative process and story through His Word.
If you have any needs, including healing, I pray that God will meet your needs in the Name of Jesus, so your body, soul, mind, and spirit to be filled with God kind of peace, perfect health, safety, deliverance, and wholesomeness, in the Name of Jesus. Additionally, if you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, I have inserted a Salvation Prayer on page 186, at the end of this book. As you read the passages of the Salvation Prayer audibly, you will find yourself being a Born-again Believer, a Christian, and a Child of the Almighty Living God. Congratulations in advance!
