Richard grew up with a father battling addiction and frequent imprisonment. Dropping out of high school, he found himself on a similar path until, at 16, he encountered faith. Called to ministry as a teen, he also entered the tech industry, launching his first company at 26. Today, Richard serves as Lead Pastor of Family Life Church in San Jose, California, and helps lead a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company. Passionate about guiding leaders, he shares the principles that transformed him from a directionless young man to one of influence. Above all, he is proud to be a follower of Jesus.
