Synopsis

A contract killer who never leaves a trace.

A corrupt cop who wants to use him as a weapon.

Callan McWard is a hitman with a conscience. He only accepts contracts to eliminate the worst of the worst and sticks to that code with unwavering conviction. He has a reputation for keeping a crime scene as clean as his conscience. The only comforts he allows himself are a cat named Beckett and the quiet certainty that he's nothing like the men he eliminates.

Tricia Langley, police officer and daughter of a Florida kingpin, recognizes Callan as a man she can use. Callan mistakes her interest for affection, and under her influence, the clinical precision that kept him alive begins to fail.

During a hit in New York, the unthinkable happens: Callan loses control of the room. A surgical strike turns into a violent mess, leaving behind a witness and a trail. For the first time in his career, the ghost has left a trace.

Tricia isn't looking for a way out of her father's criminal empire like she led Callan to believe. She's looking for the perfect tool to help her seize the throne.

Looking at her is like looking into a mirror.

Only one of them is cold enough to survive.
