Synopsis
January 1932. When the mutated corpse of a Federal agent turns out to be his childhood friend, Major Rick Justice, U.S. Army Air Corps, confronts a shadow group of foreign agents that has created and unleashed monstrous creatures, amalgams of rock and ice and human beings.
