About the Author

Alec Thompson is a PhD student at the University of Cambridge, exploring the history and philosophy of law. When he is not researching, he teaches first-year students ancient Roman law and the legal history of England. In his spare time, he enjoys drawing, boxing, and, of course, daydreaming.
