I have taken three and a half years of French classes and learned to speak it relatively well. Given that I had no one to speak French with after my classes were done, I eventually lost practice and proficiency in the language. Conversational French Quick and Easy by Yatir Nitzany delivered a quick method for re-gaining what I have learned in class. This book helped me acquire the proficiency that I had lost in French and now I am able to speak it again with no problem.
