Synopsis

Studying at the fabled city of Shamballa, Akil, an African prince, receives word of his father's death. Akil plans his escape, with the help of a mystical were-hyena from his homeland and the Legendary Captain Tam, aka The Pirate Queen, only to find that his adventure has just begun.

R.C. Thompson has been a teacher, professional actor, writer, and producer of radio plays and has worked for AT&T for 34 years. He currently resides in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles County, where he is currently working on the sequel to The Pirate Queen.
