Synopsis

Our Life in Dreams is a manual that teaches us how to open ourselves to dreams that take the form of messages from our deeper self, soul, or spirit. It is a book that clearly has an important message, with approximately 20 editions since it was originally published in Portuguese in 1993. The author teaches us that there are many different types of dreams that we can experience, often of a psychological origin, but that dreams can also give us messages from our higher self that provide spiritual guidance and that open us to deeper levels of reality. The book contains practical instructions about how to do this, with many powerful examples from the author's own life. It covers topics such as: the importance of dreams and the different types of dreams, how to fall asleep and how to wake up correctly, how dreams can connect us to higher levels of our being, and the different types of spiritual dreams that we can experience; including prophetic dreams, warning dreams, messages from our soul, and dreams of evolutionary significance.  Unlike the more common dream books that focus on psychological themes and issues, this book offers us a pathway with specific techniques that allows us to use dreams as an important means of spiritual evolution, and helps us understand their deeper potentials and significance.
