Feeling: Jealous and angry.
Action: I refuse to play with her and sulk in my room.

Feeling: Excited for her, or feel nothing really.
Action: I ask her to try it on and see if I have any earrings that will match it.
Is it really that simple?

Feelings and emotions are very powerful things, but we can learn to control them.
