About the Authors

Stephen Hacker is a founding partner and CEO of Transformation Systems International, LLC. He consults organizations, provides training and coaches leaders across the globe. Stephen is a sought-after speaker and has authored nine prior books. After completing his corporate career as a senior leader with Procter & Gamble, he served as the executive director of The Performance Center, a multi-university organization conducting action-research.

Marvin Washington is a full professor in the Alberta School of Business and associate dean of Executive Education. Marvin's research, teaching, and consulting focus is on processes of organizational and institutional change. He has authored two prior books and has been recognized for his teaching excellence over the many years of educating undergraduates, graduates, and executive leaders
