Synopsis

In 1990, three students meet as freshmen in college. Everything is new and different to them in their exciting surroundings, and being far from home, they all want to experience new things.

Two of the group become intimately involved, but soon realize that being friends is better.

Four years later, they’re all still good friends, even though there have been changes within their friendship. Following graduation, the three decide to start a company together. That’s when everything takes a turn for the worse.

One of them boots another out of the company, resulting is a devious plot of revenge.

The person on the outs considers it a case of Double-Crossed: Payback Is a B _ _ _ _.

Sometimes the things you expect to turn out the way you want them to, don’t happen. And when people you trust turn on you, they must pay.

This is Audrey R. Brown’s first published book and she is writing the sequel. She has also written a children’s series. Raised in Kansas City, Kansas, the author now lives in Minnesota.
