As each person ministers, they will have a different impact than others but it is all the work of the Holy Spirit. Finally, he continues, "But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all." Your service in this ministry is coming from the giftedness which is a work of God's Spirit to benefit all. Do the best you can with these principles and let the Spirit do the rest.
