During his forty year business career, he has, at various times, served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for three different corporations, two of which were SEC public reporting companies. He was instrumental in raising over ninety million dollars in corporate debt and equity financings during his long career.
