About the Author

Steven M. Bell is a Twin Cities based author, entrepreneur, attorney and professional manager. During his forty year business career, he has, at various times, served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for three different corporations, two of which were SEC public reporting companies. He was instrumental in raising over ninety million dollars in corporate debt and equity financings during his long career. In 2013, Multiband Corporation, the company Mr. Bell spent the majority of his career building, was sold to Goodman Networks for a nine figure sum. His goal in writing this book is to provide would be or struggling entrepreneurs with inspiration, hope and a potential path to success.
