Synopsis
Have you ever wondered what it really means to surrender all to God? In her memoir, Eileen Kusakabe describes her years of growing up in Hawaii, feeling despised because of her Caucasian heritage. As the youngest latchkey child with an unstable father, she wonders if even God despises her for all of her failings. About the Author
Eileen lives in Hawaii with her patient husband, cheerful middle son, and sneaky old black cat, Neko. When not writing at the folding plastic table in the laundry room, she enjoys working on puzzles with her mom, eating potato chips, and drinking oceans of hot black tea.
