About the Author

Thomas Hardy (1840-1928) was an English novelist. Some of his most well known works are <Far from the Madding Crowd, Jude the Obscure, and Tess of the d'Urbevilles.

Matthew Huff teaches at Landmark Christian School in Fairburn, GA and is the author of The Cardinal Turns the Corner, Tin Soldier, and his most recent collection, Air Guitar. Between poems, he can be found laughing with his wife, dancing with his daughters, and occasionally looking up at the moon.
