About the Author

A lawyer by trade but a writer by desire, the author has always been fascinated with the possibilities of how the world changed due to one random event or a chance happening in one small corner of it. Having moved close to fifteen times before the age of 18, he has often pondered how his own life would be radically different had there been one fewer move or if he had been more attentive in keeping in touch with friends he left behind. When not pondering life’s unanswerable mysteries, he keeps busy in his Oak Park, Illinois home by cursing at his garden and making gourmet ice cream every chance he gets.
