Randal C. Moss is an award-winning marketer who focuses on engaging organizations and applying technology to drive growth. He has over 12 years of experience institutionalizing innovation development frameworks, and creating and implementing consumer engagement solutions for companies and clients across the consumer packaged goods, real estate, and nonprofit sectors. Together with co-author David J. Neff, Moss helped lead the American Cancer Society's Futuring and Innovation Center.
David J. Neff helps people for a living. As a speaker, author, teacher and consultant, he's been living in the digital strategy and innovation world for the last 14 years. He currently works with a full spectrum of Fortune 500 brands and large nonprofits on all aspects of digital strategy and innovation. He is a six-time speaker at South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive, has been a featured speaker for TEDx, PBS, AFP, NTEN, and has keynoted more than a dozen industry conferences. Together with co-author Randal C. Moss, Neff helped lead the American Cancer Society's Futuring and Innovation Center.
