Andre L. Raine, Ph.D. is the project coordinator of the Kaua'i Endangered Seabird Recovery Project in Kalaheo, Hawaii. Helen Raine is a writer and conservationist living in Kauai. Jack Jeffrey is a professional bird photographer, birding guide, and wildlife biologist.
