"Principals and superintendents who are instructional leaders will immediately recognize Dunsworth and Billings as practitioners who know their craft in this concise, evaluative blueprint. . . . The authors articulate an efficient process that is well laid out and easy to follow, describing how to collect and use objective data to assess the viability of a program. They intuitively anticipate questions and provide examples throughout each step in the process. This is an invaluable and credible guide that leaders will use with confidence to determine what is and is not working in their schools." -- Sally J.
