About the Author
Dave Ratner is the owner of Dave's Soda & Pet City, an award-winning pet supply store with four locations in Massachusetts. He is on the board of the Retail Advertising and Marketing Association and has been featured in Entrepreneur magazine, the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and on NBC nightly news. Dave writes an award-winning column on marketing for several trade magazines and has a long-running, weekly show about pets on local television. In addition to running his stores, Dave also sells two of his own products, Dave's Pet Food and Dave's DooDisolve, online. Dave travels all over the country engaging audiences with his humor and common sense approach to business. He lives in Longmeadow, MA with his wife, Ellen.
