David Endress has a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Youngstown State, continued human resource education at Princeton and Penn State, and was an officer in the U.S. Army. He has had 30+ years of experience as personnel executive and career coach with Fortune 500 organizations, has lectured on organization change at the University of Hartford, and has authored many human resource studies. He has been a guest speaker on Fox 10 TV and on CNN's morning show, contributed to newspaper career articles, and hosted a drive-time call-in radio program for a Boston radio station.
