About the Author

William Tatro, a graduate of Alfred University with a degree in economics, is a former educator who took his skills into the field of finance. After a success career with Prudential Bache (now Prudential Financial), Bill started what is now the highly successful estate planning firm of Eagle Steward, Ltd. in Rochester, NY. The firm holds the distinction of offering legal, accounting, and financial services under a single roof. The firm concentrates in providing advice and counseling, as well as specific services that relate to estate planning and taxation, nursing home costs, and probate for clients in thirty states. Bill has been advising individuals since Kodak began downsizing in 1991. Since then, Eagle Steward has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Xerox, Corning, and Baush & Lomb. Bill resides in the Rochester area with his wife Patricia.
