Synopsis
The authors have provided us a practical guide on how to transform the antisocial behavior of emotionally disturbed and behavior-disordered children and youth into prosocial behavior. They do this through what they call Transformation Education, an organizational philosophy designed to transform a child's world-view through changing how the staff, not the children, think and act. This way of thinking is designed to be congruent with the mission of child-serving organizations. It also employs the latest understanding of how the brain operates and uses the understanding to create a brain compatible organizational culture.
