As we take increasing pride in our intellectual prowess and technological successes, we have somehow lost our original basic faith and trust in nature and its regenerative powers and shifted our dependence onto institutions for our health care.

Ultimately, we must reckon with or acknowledge and harness the healing forces of nature, or the Vis Medicatrix Naturae of Hippocrates or the power of Universal Thought.

In the final analysis, our responsibility toward self-care, self-energizing and self-healing is based on an unconditional love of self, on a new attitude and a more correct, deeper knowledge of our energetic essence, of the natural laws that govern and sustain life and health, primarily the mental law. Consciousness (love) is the glue of all matter. There is a mind, intelligence behind all matter. Thoughts or mental energies create and support all physical realities including high level wellness, chronic fatigue and all diseases.
