Synopsis
The ROTTERS trilogy comes full circle with the account of the CIA’s initial contact with the Haet-Mombau virus in the Congo. In a tale of intrigue, deception, and death, ALPHA CONTACT takes the story back to its very beginnings. After receiving orders to locate missing American loggers, CIA operative Jerry Foster is forced to leave the comforts of civilization and enter the steaming jungles of the Congo. Despite the assistance of his capable native guide Angel, the agent soon finds himself in the midst of a web of deadly contagion and political intrigue. The initial outbreak of the Haet-Mombau virus forces Jerry to utilize every available asset, form alliances with old enemies, and quickly discern grim new truths, or perish in the crimson jaws of death incarnate. The third and final chapter, ALPHA CONTACT delivers the bloody eulogy of the ROTTERS trilogy.
