About the Author

Julie Eady is a full time Mum to three young children. What began as a personal project to identify better food choices for her family, led onto a much bigger project as she discovered the truth about the serious health concerns associated with many additives used in Australian foods. In 2007 Julie was awarded the Western Australian Consumer Protection Award in recognition of her work as a consumer advocate and the benefits her work with Additive Alert has brought to the community.
