Synopsis

About the Author

Paula Boer cares about all animals and runs her 500-acre home in Australia as a wildlife sanctuary. She has many novels, short stories and non-fiction articles published about horses. She has always loved fantasy, especially unicorns and dragons, and the weird and wonderful creatures to be found in science fiction. Paula's other passions are travel and the natural environment which also feed her non-fiction writing. After the devastating bush- fires of 2020, Paula published her observations of the recovery on her property, including 1,300 photographs covering 400+ species. Michael B Fletcher is a writer of adult and YA speculative fiction including fantasy, science fiction and horror. His first book Kings of Under-Castle, a collection of humorous adventures featuring two rogues living under a medieval castle, was published by IFWG Publishing Australia in 2013. Book 1 of his Masters of Scent fantasy trilogy was released in 2022, with Tumblers of Rolan and Shadow Scent will be released in 2024. Fletcher has had over 100 short stories published, many with a ' dark' or fantasy bent, in magazines and anthologies in Australia, USA and the UK. An anthology ' A Taste of Honey', containing 43 of these stories was published by Double Dragon in 2021. He lives in Tasmania, Australia with his wife, Kim.
