About the Author
Antony J. Frost is the founder and CEO of Sirocco Strategic Management, an honorary fellow of the Institute of Personnel Management, and a board member of the South African National Biodiversity Institute. He is a former member of the advisory board of the global forum of the Society for Human Resource Management and was the CEO of World Wildlife Fund, the global conservation organization, for five years.
