About the Author

Olivia Stefanino has been on the fringes of the world of business and finance for more than two decades - initially as a journalist and subsequently as a speaker, executive coach and leadership specialist. Working with some of the finance profession's biggest institutions - from a couple of high street banks through to MBNA and what were then Skandia and Norwich Union - she's come to see why some people succeed, while others fall by the wayside. Her credo is that 'successful companies employ successful individuals' - and her transformational work with both large organisations and smaller companies results in increased profits and improved employee engagement and wellbeing.
