About the Author

Emdad Rashid has spent his entire working life in the field of design. He has 15 years of experience working in the field of User Centred Design working with large multinational corporations, governments and start-ups. He was the Service Designer for the roll out of rapid Covid-19 tests across 95% of pharmacies in England during the Coronavirus pandemic, and has been a judge for the last 7 years at the UK Customer Experience awards. He is also a lecturer of User Experience.
