Previously published as "How Did I Get These?", "True To My Roots" is the story of how I needed to explore my past in order to heal my present. As a result of many light bulb moments and studying with inspiring teachers, I began to understand that my body had been crying out for my love and attention. My hope is that my story of healing inspires you to embark on your own journey of healing and releasing the past. It's time to be true to your roots, so you can enjoy the health and well-being you deserve.
