Rob Burlace is a Professor of Business Studies in Barcelona. He has extensive experience as an operational manager, coach, trainer and training manager across a variety of sectors in the UK. Rob was previously a Learning and Development Manager for Transport for London. He designed and implemented customer service and management programmes, most notably managing the training of TFL's customer contact centre staff for the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
