Synopsis

Criminal Litigation: Practice and Procedure provides a thorough and practical guide to all areas of the law and practice with which the aspiring criminal litigator needs to be familiar. Statutory authorities and case law have been updated to May 2017 to take account of recent developments in the law, in particular the Policing and Crime Act 2017 and further changes to the law as a result of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012. The latest version of the Criminal Procedure Rules (2017) is also considered.
