Synopsis

This bestselling do-it-yourself Will Kit is packed with advice, instructions and background information on making your Will, with helpful completed examples and worksheets to make the process even easier. It contains everything you need to make your Will, easily and inexpensively, at a fraction of the cost of going to a solicitor. More than 1 million Lawpack Wills sold. Valid in England & Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. This Kit also includes a free Letter of Wishes download. Your Will is the most important document for dealing with your assets after your death. However, you may also find it useful to have a Letter of Wishes to accompany your Will. This letter will be addressed to your executors and trustees (as named in your Will) and can provide them with guidance in taking decisions. It is important to appreciate that a Letter of Wishes is not a legally binding document. As the name suggests, it only allows you to say what you would wish to happen. Your executors and trustees may decide not to follow your wishes, although it would be unusual if they decided not to take them into account at all.
